Seven Hills Land and Cattle Co. ranch is collectively 2250 acres of the Inwood Valley, just a short 20-mile drive from the city of Redding, CA. The main ranch purchased in 2005 is 1580 acres and the recently purchased Bear Creek ranch is 670 acres; just a mile’s drive from the main ranch.
We produce a number of products, including natural beef and lamb, wine, honey, hay, and lavender.

BEEF AND LAMB
Our cattle roam and range free and are grass-fed until they are a healthy 900 pounds. We also finish cattle, which are weaned on the hoof and grain fed with choice grain and then aged, cut and packaged by a nearby USDA inspected facility. They produce tasty and natural beef! All of our lamb are grazed and grain-fed from weaning. Their cuts are especially and notably tender with a mildly flavored quality.

HONEYOur honey is produced from hives located on various parts of the ranch, and is organic and yummy - just as it should be!
The Bear Creek portion of the Seven Hills ranch is in the process of being beautified and in the coming year will offer picnicking, fishing and camping on the lovely land which offers views of the valley and ranges, many fresh springs, a lazy winding creek and breathtaking waterfall.
